Automatic subscription billing: customers receive a 7-day trial, then renew automatically each month using the payment method on file. Accounts display CURRENT, PAID, DUE, PAST DUE or PAUSED so account health is immediately clear.
30-day nonpayment rule: when an account remains past due for 30 days after its billing due date, RDR automatically changes the subscription to PAUSED and suspends service until payment is resolved and the account is reactivated.
